Rapid Release Technology
If you haven’t been in the office in the last few weeks, we now offer the Rapid Release Technology. So far, people are loving this scar tissue release!!! Certainly in addition to the adjustments, of course!
Dr. Neil Liebman introduced to the Rapid Release Technology. He saw it being used in the Winter Olympics. The technology will break down and release old scar tissue and injuries. We have used this successfully as part of our treatment plans for cervical & lumbar herniated discs, arthritis, joint aches, and overall muscle imbalances.
What is The Rapid Release Device?
The device is so effective thanks to its five treatment heads, each carefully designed to address specific tissue and location on your body. Rapid Release has a soft tip that is mainly used over bony areas; its actuator is great for reflexology points, accupoints, and trigger points, while the large muscle groups such as quadriceps, triceps and lats are treated with a larger head. There is also a treatment cap that can warm up the tissue, and an additional large tip useful for treatment of almost any part of your body.
How does it work?
Scar Tissue forms in the body as a temporary patching mechanism for wounds caused by surgery, trauma or repetitive stress. So this scar tissue is made from collagen. This is just like our skin. However without blood supply it dies, dries out, constricts and becomes brittle. Scar tissue fastened to tissues not normally connected is called an adhesion. Now adhesions can spread. That will entrap nerves and cause pain and numbness. Or it can create limiting range of motion. So these adhesions cause pain and restricted mobility. Scar Tissue Therapy is focused on relief and release of soft tissue problems which are caused by scar tissue adhesions. The shearing force of planar wave energy passes safely through flexible healthy tissue. Brittle and dense scar tissue readily absorbs the energy.
Rapid Release device is based on the science of resonance.
The heads of the device vibrate at high speed, sending high compression waves throughout the tissue which absorbs them. The vibration waves boost the hyaluronic acid pressure on fascia, which is fibrous tissue that encloses a muscle or an organ. Tight fascia can cause pain and malfunction in tissues and organs, so it is extremely important to loosen it up and relax it. In addition, Rapid Release quickly relaxes muscle spasms, cramps and guarding. This is extremely important because tight muscles limit the blood flow and thus hinder the recovery of muscle cells. A treatment with Rapid Release is one of the most effective ways to increase enhance blood flow in tendons and allow your tissues to recover.
Optimum Frequency
RRT has determined the optimum frequency that resonates with the scar tissue for maximum effectiveness. A high speed video shot at 2000 frames/second accomplished this. With only a 2mm stroke, this therapy is feels good and is completely safe.
So we believe that Scar Tissue Therapy is the most effective way to treat painful scar tissue. Scar Tissue Therapy is fast, painless and lasting. Therefore it just works!
So contact us today. We can determine if Rapid Release Therapy could be a beneficial part of your healthcare.
