Arthro-Stim (Low Force Adjusting)

Athro-Stim is one of our newest devices here at Genesis Chiropractic Clinic. It is a low force adjusting instrument that we use on occasion when manual adjusting might not be the best solution. Here’s how it works.

When your spine is not properly aligned, your body cannot function optimally. One or more of the bones in your spine can move out of position. This will create pressure or irritation on spinal nerves. That is called a subluxation. Spinal nerves come out from between each of the bones in your spine. This force or irritation on the nerves causes those nerves to malfunction. Therefore they interfere with the signals traveling through your nervous system.

Your nervous system is your body’s electrical system. It controls and manages all functions of your body. If a nerve is pinched off by vertebrae that are out of place, then it is not functioning at its optimal level. Therefore your body is not functioning as well as it should. This can result in pain. It can also result in other problems in the organs.

We will locate subluxations. And reduce or correct them using the Arthro-Stim.

The Arthro-Stim is applied to your spine through a series of chiropractic adjustments. It is specifically designed to correct the vertebral subluxations in your spine.

The Arthro-Stim can also help realign painful joints in other parts of the body such as the shoulders, knees, and hips.

The Arthro-Stim is a great alternative to manual adjusting for people who are nervous about traditional adjusting. We also for people who can’t tolerate it due to comfort levels or safety. Our office has very well rounded techniques to help different types of people. Not everyone is the same. So we make sure to have treatments that are safe and effective for as many people as possible.
